Asian Liver Center at Stanford University
The liver center addresses the high incidence of hepatitis B and liver cancer in Asians and Asian-Americans. National Viral Hepatitis Prevention Roundtable
The NVHR is a coalition of public, private, and voluntary organizations dedicated to reducing the incidence of infection, morbidity, and mortality from viral hepatitis in the United States through strategic planning, leadership, coordination, advocacy, and research. Parents of Kids with Infectious Diseases
PKIDS supports those whose children have been affected by viral hepatitis, HIV/AIDS and other chronic, viral infectious diseases and by educating the public about effective disease prevention practices. The organization has published "PKIDS' Pediatric Hepatitis Report" to help parents understand hepatitis A-E from transmission to treatment to civil rights protection. RHO Cervical Cancer is produced by PATH. The RHO website is designed to provide easy access to science-based information for health program managers and decision-makers seeking to prevent cervical cancer in developing countries and low-resource settings. The about cervical cancer section summarizes key information about HPV and cervical cancer, the state of cervical cancer screening and treatment, and the role of vaccination in cancer prevention. The cervical cancer library contains many background papers, training and educational materials, and even films and animations related to this important, and timely, topic.

This American Lung Association web site is designed to put a face on influenza in the United States and show firsthand the seriousness of this potentially deadly infectious disease. The site includes information for both health professionals and the public. It also features a Flu Clinic Locator where providers can list their clinic and patients can find a clinic in their area.
Families Fighting Flu
This nonprofit organization is a group of families and pediatricians who have experienced first-hand what it is like to lose a child to influenza or to have a child experience severe medical complications from influenza. The organization's mission is reducing pediatric deaths due to influenza by raising awareness about the importance of getting all children vaccinated against this disease.
National Influenza Vaccine Summit
The NIVS is a national influenza vaccine partnership co-sponsored by the American Medical Association and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, with more than 100 collaborating organizations. The web site offers healthcare professionals, the public, and the media an array of resources intended to encourage and facilitate seasonal influenza vaccination activities and programs.

Meningitis Foundation of America
This organization provides information to educate the public and medical professionals about meningitis and supports the development of vaccines and other means of treating and/or preventing meningitis.
National Meningitis Association (NMA)
The National Meningitis Association is a nonprofit organization founded by five parents whose children have died or suffered long-term disabilities from meningococcal meningitis. NMA's mission is to educate families, medical professionals, and others about bacterial meningitis and prevention approaches to the disease.
