before vaccines are administered. The list is shown in Table 2, "Guide

Children and Teens," which is adapted from "General Recommendations on
Immunizations: Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on
Immunization Practices" MMWR 2006;55(No. RR-15):10-14. |
