On October 6, 2009 the zoster
VIS was changed slightly. The main reason was to remove active,
untreated tuberculosis as a contraindication - which had been
erroneously included in the previous editions. Several other
minor updates were also made. Existing stocks may be used up,
but ensure that patients know about this change when
appropriate. (10/6/09) |
