PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING TO IAC
Dear Friend of IAC Express,
Our dedicated and talented staff of 17 wants you to know how much you are
valued as a colleague of the Immunization Action Coalition (IAC). Together,
we are protecting and saving lives.
At this time of year when you may be deciding which charitable contributions
to make, I ask that you consider supporting the work IAC does to increase
immunization rates among the nation's children, adolescents, and adults.
As you know, we continually put timely, concise, and accurate information on
vaccines and vaccine-preventable diseases at the fingertips of the
immunization community.
There is no other place to get all of the valuable immunization resources we
provide, such as
-
Extensive and up-to-date patient handouts and
staff education materials that reflect current ACIP immunization
recommendations
-
Quarterly online periodicals, "Needle Tips" and
"Vaccinate Adults"
-
Translations of Vaccine Information Statements in
as many as 40 languages
-
"Ask the Experts" columns, which give readers
direct access to CDC immunization experts Andrew T. Kroger, MD, MPH; Donna
L. Weaver, RN, MN; and William L. Atkinson, MD, MPH
All of these resources are available free on our
main website, www.immunize.org There,
you may also donate online at
http://www.immunize.org/support by using a credit card or by printing a
contribution form, located at
http://www.immunize.org/catg.d/u6020.pdf
I also would like to take this opportunity to make sure you know how much we
depend on hearing from you. Your input is essential for guiding us as we work
to provide you with the kind of information you need. Please write to me at
any time at mailto:deborah@immunize.org
As you know, effective vaccine delivery requires the skilled hands of
dedicated and knowledgeable healthcare professionals. Thank you for your
participation in our shared effort to protect everyone through immunization.
Happy Holidays!
