THINK OF ALL THE TIMES YOU'VE TURNED TO IAC FOR HELP--NOW, IAC IS TURNING TO
YOU
In 2003 IAC EXPRESS came to its subscribers, asking them for their financial
support to continue IAC's work. Your generous response helped us update our
websites, produce and mail our professional periodicals, and develop new
projects. Now at the end of 2004, we hope you will once again extend your
generosity to IAC.
Since IAC began operating 14 years ago, our staff has had thousands of
face-to-face, phone, and email conversations with members of the
immunization and viral hepatitis communities. You've told us what you need
from us, and we've had the privilege of responding by providing you with a
phenomenal range of information:
- practical staff- and patient-education
materials you can download and print
- links to current research on immunization
and hepatitis issues, accessible on our four websites
- up-to-the-minute news, including changes
in immunization recommendations made by the federal government and
professional societies, via our two email newsletters
- extension of immunization information to
hundreds of thousands of practitioners through our three major periodicals
- phone consultations with you about your
immunization scheduling and administration questions
Funding from the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention and corporate sponsors has helped our efficient, hardworking
staff of eleven meet your diverse information needs. WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO
HELP US CONTINUE TO HELP YOU.
We will be cheered on by a contribution of any amount, but your
tax-deductible contribution of $25, $50, $75, or more will help us
substantially.
To make a tax-deductible credit card contribution online, go to:

To contribute by check, mail us at Immunization Action Coalition,
1573 Selby Ave., Ste. 234, St. Paul, MN 55104.
IAC is an efficient, well-run organization. For information about
our finances, read our IRS Form 900 online at

WE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!
The eleven of us who staff IAC extend our thanks to you, our
subscribers, readers, email correspondents, order placers, phone
friends, and contributors. Figuring out how to meet your needs
for reliable immunization and viral hepatitis information has
been and continues to be stimulating, challenging, and deeply
rewarding. We know we can depend on your generosity to support
us in this important work.

FEDERAL AND MILITARY EMPLOYEES: HELP IAC BY USING AGENCY CODE 0233
WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION
Federal and military employees have an easy, hassle-free option
for contributing to IAC--the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Each
fall, federal and military employees are allowed to make
contributions to charities of their choice through CFC. More than
1.3 million federal and military employees participated in the 2003
campaign, contributing $249.2 million.
By filling out a CFC pledge card (available through your local
campaign volunteers), you can contribute to IAC by cash, check, or
payroll deduction. If you would like to contribute to us, please
enter our four-digit agency code, 0233, and a dollar amount on your
2004 CFC pledge card. To our knowledge, IAC is the only
immunization-specific organization approved to receive
contributions through CFC.
We would like to thank each of you personally for your
contribution; to do that, we need you to check off the boxes on the
pledge card that permit CFC to send us your name and contact
information.
For more information about CFC, go to: http://www.opm.gov/cfc |
